KK Balusamy and Co is looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations in our textile unit. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle dispatch of textile goods (fabric checking, packing, labeling)
- Perform fabric checking for quality, defects, shade variation, and measurements
- Ensure proper packing as per company and customer requirements
- Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, packing list)
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners
- Maintain dispatch records in Excel/ERP
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Monitor loading and unloading activities
