- Handle procurement of stationery, office supplies, and other operational materials
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order placement
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase as required
- Compare vendor quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors
- Conduct local market visits for urgent or direct purchases
- Minimum 1 year experience in purchase/procurement
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for local purchase activities
