About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to represent our brand at a leading retail chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, engaging customers on the shop floor, maintaining stock accuracy, and acting as the primary liaison between our brand and the retail store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products to customers within the retail store.
- Provide excellent customer service and product guidance on the shop floor.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical inventory matches system records.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Prepare and submit basic sales, stock, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store personnel.
- Serve as the communication link between the brand and the retail store management.
- Meet assigned sales targets and support brand growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree) from a recognized college/university.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written communication preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting.
- Comfortable using smartphones, Excel, or basic reporting tools.
- Prior experience in retail sales, FMCG, consumer products, or brand promotion is preferred but not mandatory.
