Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic F&B Operational Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations of our 3-star hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service knowledge, and the ability to manage daily restaurant and banquet operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise restaurant, banquet, and service staff.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in F&B operations within hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and hospitality standards.
- Energetic, professional, and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
