About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Food Laboratory Manager / Technical Manager to lead the establishment and operations of our Food Testing Laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and mentoring the technical team, ensuring efficient laboratory operations, maintaining quality and compliance standards, troubleshooting technical challenges, and driving productivity and business growth.
This is a leadership role for a professional who combines strong technical expertise in food testing with operational excellence and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the task of recognition and accreditation like NABL, FSSAI, APEDA etc.
- Development and Adoption of method – including the validation and verification of methods.
- Lead and manage overall laboratory operations and technical activities.
- Build, train, and mentor the food testing team.
- Ensure compliance with NABL/ISO 17025 and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee testing quality, productivity, turnaround time, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, accreditation bodies, and internal teams.
- Support laboratory growth, service development, and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Food Testing Laboratory : 5 years (Required)
