- Generate Leads through research, cold calling, and social media.
- Qualify Potential Clients and understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams to drive growth.
- Track Metrics to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Maintain CRM records to streamline follow-ups and communication.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Additional Traits:
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand customer needs and pain points.
