Job Summary
Around29 IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies for our clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, analytics, and team management. You will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and delivering measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Oversee off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link-building campaigns.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve website issues.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Mentor and manage the SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and achievement of KPIs.
- Identify new SEO opportunities and implement innovative optimization techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling US-based or international clients.
- Knowledge of Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, and AI-assisted SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
