Minimum Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms):
● Bachelor’s Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Biology/English or a combination of these subjects with at least 50% marks.
● B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
● Proficiency in teaching English or Science subjects at the middle and secondary levels (Classes VI–X).
● Good command over English and strong classroom management skills.
● Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
●Pass in CTET Paper II, conducted by CBSE in accordance with NCTE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver lessons effectively as per the latest CBSE curriculum for Classes VI–X.
● Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities to engage students.
●Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
●Participate in school functions, workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and other professional development activities.
●Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
