About the Role
Gravton Motors is looking for an experienced Senior Production Technician to support the manufacturing and assembly of electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should have experience in EV or automotive production and be capable of ensuring smooth daily operations, product quality, and achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily EV assembly and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the plan.
- Assemble and inspect batteries, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and other EV components.
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues to reduce downtime.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and R&D teams.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
- Train and assist junior technicians when required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in EV, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of production and assembly processes.
- Understanding of EV components and vehicle assembly.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or related disciplines.
Preferred
- Experience in Electric Two-Wheeler manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen practices.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
