Restaurant Captain – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage restaurant service operations smoothly while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant service operations
- Manage and guide stewards/service staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
- Take guest orders and handle special requests professionally
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
- Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently
- Train new staff members when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Good communication and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
