Job Responsibilities

· Handle full recruitment lifecycle: requirement understanding → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → onboarding.
· Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
· Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
· Apply advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, market mapping, talent research).
· Conduct structured screening interviews to assess technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
· Drive interview coordination, feedback loops, and decision-making processes efficiently.
· Actively manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring experience.
· Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure high offer-to-join conversion.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and generate recruitment insights and reports.
· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring status.
· Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and organizational standards.
· Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to provide strategic inputs.
Job Requirements
Education/Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
· 3–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong track record of closures.
· Experience hiring across technologies such as Software Development, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, and related domains.
· Prior experience in a fast-paced hiring environment (staffing, consulting, or product-based organizations) is preferred.
· Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Pay: ₹10,219.03 - ₹42,671.01 per month
