- Visit gynecologists, physicians, hospitals, and clinics regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors.
- Promote the hospital's fertility services and create awareness.
- Generate and follow up on patient referrals.
- Plan daily doctor visits and achieve referral targets.
- Conduct doctor meets, CMEs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain visit reports and referral data.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)./ D.Pharm/B.Pharm
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, pharma sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
