We are seeking a proactive and organized Course Coordinator to manage academic coordination activities, support students throughout their learning journey, and ensure smooth delivery of educational programs. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between students, faculty, academic teams, and administrative departments while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction and academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day operations of academic programs and courses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic schedules, assignments, examinations, and course-related queries.
- Support student onboarding, orientation, and academic progression.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance reports, academic documentation, and database management.
- Coordinate with faculty members to ensure timely delivery of classes, assessments, and academic activities.
- Track student engagement, assignment submissions, and academic performance.
- Assist in examination scheduling, assessment coordination, and result processing.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports on student progress, retention, attendance, and academic performance.
- Facilitate communication between students, faculty, university partners, and management.
- Support admissions, enrollment, and student retention initiatives when required.
- Handle student grievances and provide timely resolutions or escalations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, student services, education administration, admissions, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
