About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to help us generate student enrolments from the United States for our online education programs.
This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for individuals who understand the US education ecosystem, student recruitment processes, and lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective students interested in online education programs.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including:
- Social media platforms
- Online communities and forums
- Email outreach
- Educational networks
- Referral programs
- Partnerships and other innovative marketing channels
- Guide prospects through the registration process.
- Maintain regular communication with interested students until enrolment is completed.
- Meet and exceed enrolment targets.
Compensation
- Earn ₹1,000 for every new student registration successfully completed through your efforts.
- No cap on earnings – the more registrations you generate, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the US education market and student enrolment processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Experience in student recruitment, education consulting, admissions, digital marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
