Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Monitor optimal stock levels for fast-moving components (e.g., filters, brakes, clutch plates) and conduct regular physical audits to minimize obsolescence.
- Procurement: Procure parts from OEMs (like Tata, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, or Eicher) or authorized distributors, tracking purchase orders to prevent stock-outs.
- Workshop Support: Interpret technical catalogs to identify exact parts needed for CV repairs and supply them to mechanics promptly.
- Counter & Field Sales: Assist walk-in customers and fleet operators with part selection (Original vs. Aftermarket) and process billing through dealer management systems.
- Logistics: Coordinate the dispatch, delivery, and storage of heavy components, maintaining accurate documentation for warranties and returns
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy-duty vehicle systems (Engine, Transmission, Hydraulics, Pneumatics).
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Software or ERPs (e.g., SAP, Tally)
Pay: ₹20,075.76 - ₹23,509.65 per month
