We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Tender Executive with a strong understanding of IT hardware products, responsible for handling GeM portal tender searching, bidding, and end‑to‑end tender documentation related to IT and technology supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of IT hardware products including desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and accessories
- Manage and grow sales business with PSU, Enterprise, and Education sector customers
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing PSU clients
- Attend meetings, discussions, and negotiations with PSU / Government / Educational institutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (tender, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Support GeM and tender‑based sales activities where required
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation

- Ability to handle long‑cycle PSU sales processes
- Strong customer engagement and relationship‑management skills
