Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media manage who can help us to grow the social media presence of 011BQ and its clients, while also assisting in client outreach for digital marketing and creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow 011BQ and client social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X etc).
- Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Collaborate with designers and writers for visuals and captions.
- Monitor performance metrics: engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Research trends, competitors, and new campaign ideas.
Requirements:
- Passion for digital marketing, branding, and communication.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
- Excellent written English and proposal-writing skills.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Figma, or similar tools).
- Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Digital tools and AI tools.
- Experience handling brand or agency social pages.
- Knowledge of analytics or paid campaign tools.
