The Executive Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting for the manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments) and Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process employee reimbursements and payroll-related accounting entries.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory valuation and manufacturing cost records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred).
- 1–2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
