Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ad spend and targeting for better ROI.

Create and manage monthly content strategies for social media platforms.

Analyze performance metrics using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and campaigns.

Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify new growth opportunities.

Assist in planning and running Google Ads campaigns when required.

Generate performance reports and insights for ongoing campaign improvements.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and ad creatives.

Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
