We are a Zoho Premium Partner, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our sales and business operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client coordination, preparing business proposals and quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client follow-ups and communication.
- Maintain client records, quotations, and sales documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Track proposal status and follow up with clients to support business conversions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities related to sales.
Requirements
- MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
