About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Email Marketing Executive who knows how to craft emails people actually open — and act on. At Tensorbyte, you'll take full ownership of email campaigns from strategy and copywriting to automation, segmentation, and performance analysis. What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, create, and execute promotional, drip, and re-engagement email campaigns
- Write persuasive email copy and attention-grabbing subject lines that boost open and click-through rates
- Build and manage segmented subscriber lists for precise and targeted outreach
- Set up and manage email automation workflows, scheduling, and triggers
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs — open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribes
- Continuously run A/B tests to refine messaging, design, and send times
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals
- Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement across the email funnel
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns
- Strong English copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
- Experience working with CRM tools and customer segmentation strategies
- Exposure to ecommerce or digital marketing is a strong advantage
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of HTML email templates
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tracking tools
- Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance standards
