Site Supervisor – Interior Design, Kompally, Hyderabad | Full-time
We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects on site.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising site activities and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and labour on site
- Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to the project manager
- Ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are followed on site
- Identifying and resolving on-site issues in a timely manner
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision within an interior design or fit-out company
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle site pressure
- Based in or willing to commute to Kompally, Hyderabad
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
