Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Incharge to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales. The candidate should be capable of handling overall restaurant performance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
- Supervise and train staff (service, kitchen coordination)
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Monitor sales, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
- Improve customer footfall and sales strategies
- Ensure proper functioning of POS systems and billing software
- Prepare daily reports (sales, expenses, staff performance)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisor role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (like Petpooja)
- Ability to handle peak hours
Preferred
- Experience in veg/family restaurant setup
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
- Basic accounting and inventory management skills
