Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and hardworking ITI fresher with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn industrial operations, maintenance, machine handling, and safety procedures. Able to work in a team environment and support daily production and maintenance activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in machine operation and maintenance activities.
Follow safety rules and company procedures.
Perform basic troubleshooting and repair work.
Support senior technicians and supervisors in daily tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery regularly.
Report technical issues or machine faults to supervisors.
Maintain production quality standards.
Learn and adapt to industrial processes and new technologies.
Skills Required
Basic technical and practical knowledge of ITI trade.
Understanding of industrial safety practices.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Time management and discipline.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Qualification
ITI Pass in relevant trade from a recognized institute.
