We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. The ideal candidate should possess good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Review and correct data discrepancies or errors.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required.
Handle emails and maintain digital files efficiently.
Coordinate with team members to collect and organize information.
Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Meet assigned targets and deadlines.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of email handling and internet usage.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualification:
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
