Cayetana is a luxury stay provider offering premium properties across India. We are looking for an experienced OTA / Booking Platform Executive who can efficiently manage bookings from platforms like MakeMyTrip (MMT), Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, and other OTAs.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle and manage all bookings received through MMT, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms - Coordinate with internal teams/property managers for check-ins, check-outs, and availability - Update room inventory, pricing, and availability on all booking platforms - Optimize listings using relevant keywords on MMT and Booking.com to improve visibility and conversions - Respond to guest queries, messages, and booking-related issues promptly - Manage guest reviews: request reviews, respond professionally, and maintain high ratings - Monitor competition pricing and suggest rate optimization strategies - Ensure smooth booking experience from confirmation to guest checkout
Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience working with MMT, Booking.com, Airbnb, or other OTA platforms - Strong knowledge of keywords, listing optimization, and OTA dashboards - Experience in handling luxury hotel/stay bookings preferred - Good written communication skills for guest interaction and review management Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties/bookings simultaneously - Basic understanding of revenue management is a plus
