- Team Leadership: Schedule and supervise daily tasks for technicians, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
- Quality & Compliance: Inspect job sites to ensure all AC installations and repairs meet safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee routine preventive maintenance and diagnose complex system failures.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stockroom supplies, order necessary tools, and procure replacement parts for repairs.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of work orders, material costs, and service reports.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, interpret electronic diagrams, and proficiency with diagnostic equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational and communication skills
