Job Description
- Plan and execute end-to-end out-of-game marketing campaigns to support in-game events and key business initiatives.

Conceptualize localized campaign ideas for India-specific moments like Diwali and Holi, focusing on user feedback for improvements.

Develop engaging, insight-led content and campaign ideas tailored to the Indian gaming community across digital and social platforms.

Work closely with internal teams across publishing, design, social, research, and operations to ensure high-quality execution.

Manage external agencies, production houses, vendors, and creators to deliver campaigns efficiently and to a high standard.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare structured reports with actionable insights.

Track community sentiment, cultural trends, and competitor activity to inform future campaign planning.

Maintain rigor in reporting, including content effectiveness, quality of execution, and overall marketing impact.

Support process efficiency by ensuring clear timelines, ownership tracking, and proactive communication across stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in gaming, entertainment, youth brands, or digital media.

Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end campaign execution.

Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing, and social media platforms.

Experience managing agencies, vendors, creators, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear recommendations.

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Deep cultural understanding of Indian youth audiences, internet culture, and gaming communities.

Passion for gaming; familiarity with Free Fire MAX and the broader gaming ecosystem is preferred.
