Candidate RequirementsMandatory
- Strong investment banking / deal execution profile (startup ecosystem)
- Mandatory (Experience):Must have 3+ YOE in investment banking or deal execution, with at least 2+ years specifically in the startup ecosystem (startup fundraising / startup deals)
- Mandatory (Core Skill 1): Must have experience interacting with founders, VCs, Family Offices
- Mandatory (Core Skill 2): Must have experience preparing investor materials (pitch decks, IMs, financial models)
- Mandatory (Core Skill 3): Must have experience managing full deal lifecycle from sourcing to closure
- Mandatory (Company): IB firms, startup fundraising platforms, VC/PE firms
- Mandatory (Note 1): Candidate should have closed deals independently (not just supported)
- Mandatory (Note 2): This will be a mix of IC and leadership responsibilties as they will be leading and guiding a small team of 2-3 investment banking analysts
- Mandatory (Note 3) : This is for the Investment Banking vertical of Bizdateup. The candidate will be working closely with Investment banking analysts to execute and close the deals
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.40 per month
