We are looking for a B2B Demand Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in generating enterprise demand specifically for SAP and/or ServiceNow solutions.
This role focuses on building qualified pipeline through targeted enterprise campaigns, not just lead volume. You will work on account-based marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and AI-driven optimization to drive meetings and opportunities.

Enterprise Demand Generation (Core Focus)

Plan and execute demand generation campaigns for:

SAP services / implementations / integrations

ServiceNow solutions / workflows

Target enterprise accounts and decision-makers
- Run campaigns across:

LinkedIn Ads (primary channel)

Google Ads
-
Email / outbound campaigns
-
Drive campaigns for webinars, demos, case studies, and whitepapers

Create messaging aligned with enterprise pain points
- Generate qualified leads meetings pipeline

Work with SDR/Sales teams to improve:

Lead quality

Conversion rates
-
Focus on pipeline impact, not just CPL
- Use AI tools for:

Ad copy and campaign messaging

Audience targeting and segmentation
-
Campaign optimization and insights
-
Continuously improve performance using data
- Manage tracking (UTMs, pixels, CRM integration)

Analyze metrics (CTR, CPL, SQLs, pipeline value)

Share insights and optimize campaigns
- Work with content/design for enterprise-ready assets

Align with sales on ICP, accounts, and feedback loops
Technical background
3–5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation / Performance Marketing
Experience working in enterprise / IT services / SaaS environment
Hands-on exposure to:
- SAP ecosystem OR ServiceNow platform (preferred)
Strong experience in:
- LinkedIn Ads (must-have)
