Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory records for HVAC and MEP materials, tools, equipment and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
Material Receipt and Inspection
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with the procurement and project teams for material inspection and acceptance.
- Record all inward and outward material transactions accurately.
Material Issue and Control
- Issue materials to project sites and maintenance teams as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain material issue registers and stock movement records.
- Track material consumption and prevent wastage or pilferage.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain GRN, material issue vouchers, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with accounts and procurement departments for reconciliation of records.
Store Housekeeping and Safety
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Follow safety procedures for handling and storing HVAC and MEP materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in store management, preferably in HVAC, MEP, construction, or facility management industries.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project requirements.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
