Job Description – Business Support ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and support negotiations for quotations, pricing, and service agreements.
- Provide back-office support to the Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Communicate with clients through email, phone calls, and messaging platforms regarding business requirements, updates, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, quotations, agreements, purchase orders, and other operational records.
- Track client requests, vendor deliverables, and project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain business calendars.
- Assist in identifying new vendors and maintaining an updated vendor database.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Generate periodic reports on vendor performance, client interactions, and operational activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all business-related records.
- Handle general administrative tasks assigned by the management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business support, operations, administration, vendor coordination, or client relationship management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
