Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our US Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls to US customers, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to US-based customers.
- Understand and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and quality targets.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Work in accordance with US shift timings (night shifts).
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Willingness to work during night shifts (US shift).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle irate customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Prior BPO or call center experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM tools and call logging.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or tele-sales.
- Neutral or US accent preferred.
