Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience: 6–8 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, ribbon customizations, and Power Automate flows.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, Web API, Azure Services, or Logic Apps.
- Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or other ETL tools.
- Design and develop reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide technical guidance and functional support to business users.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend performance improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–10 years of IT experience.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end CRM implementation.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with Dataverse.
- Knowledge of ALM and Solution Management.
- Exposure to DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
