Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages (domestic/international).
- Plan, customize, and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and transport.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with travel documentation like visas, insurance, and itineraries as needed.
- Manage post-booking support including changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in travel sales or a customer service/sales role.
- Certification in CRM (Hubspot)
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
