Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the hospital's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and employee engagement. The role ensures adequate staffing and compliance with healthcare industry regulations while supporting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Coordinate recruitment of doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Publish job advertisements and screen candidate applications.
- Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction programs.
- Maintain employee database and manpower planning records.
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensure all employee documents are complete and updated.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Verify attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts department for salary disbursement.
- Handle employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursement processes.
- Address employee payroll-related queries.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain records required for inspections and audits.
- Support NABH and other accreditation-related HR documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Organize staff welfare activities and recognition programs.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions when required.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate employee orientation and induction programs.
- Arrange mandatory hospital trainings and certifications.
- Maintain training records and competency assessments.
- Support continuous learning initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate employee appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance review records.
- Support department heads in setting performance goals and evaluations.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Monitor employee turnover and retention metrics.
- Support hospital administration in workforce planning.
- Assist in policy implementation and organizational development initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in hospitals or healthcare institutions preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong recruitment and employee management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
