- Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Chemical Engineering preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, dealers, and industrial clients
- Promote industrial coatings, anti-corrosive paints, primers, and related products
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and prepare quotations
- Achieve sales and marketing targets
- Prepare sales and market reports for management review
- Travel as required for business development activities
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Preferred Experience:
Experience in paints, coatings, construction chemicals, industrial products, or related industries will be an added advantage.
