The IT Head is responsible for leading the organization's IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, and IT operations. The role ensures that technology systems support business objectives while maintaining security, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user systems.
- Oversee ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Establish IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation and process automation projects
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, licenses, and vendor contracts.
- Establish IT policies, governance, and compliance standards.
- Monitor IT service delivery, system availability, and performance KPIs.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, including infrastructure, support, and applications staff.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify and implement technology solution.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
