Reports To Shift In-charge / Production Supervisor
Full-Time 12hour
Job Purpose
Assist machine operators and support production safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist production, load/unload materials, maintain 5S, follow SOPs, wear PPE, report unsafe conditions, support machine setup, handle materials properly, participate in safety drills.
Qualification
Minimum 8th Standard / SSLC preferred.
Experience
Freshers can apply; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
KPIs
Attendance, Safety, 5S, Productivity, Quality, Teamwork.
Compliance
