About the Company
Kwicly IT Solutions is a fast-growing technology company developing innovative digital solutions. We are expanding our Salon Booking App and are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to help onboard salons and support our business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact salon owners and introduce our Salon Booking App.
- Explain the features and benefits of the app.
- Generate new leads and convert them into registered salon partners.
- Schedule product demonstrations whenever required.
- Follow up with interested salon owners and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer information.
- Build strong relationships with salon owners and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Odia and Hindi.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Confident speaking and convincing ability.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduation (Preferred)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development is a plus.
