Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business associates professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper coordination with concerned departments.
- Handle reception area management and ensure a professional office environment.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Coordinate office administration activities and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain company documents, files, records, and office databases.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, interviews, and conferences.
- Support HR and management in routine coordination and communication.
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation when required.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow management.
- Handle courier services, dispatch records, and official correspondence.
- Support senior management with administrative assistance and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in reception, front office, or administration will be preferred.
- Positive attitude with strong professional ethics.
- Smart, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
