We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of a residential redevelopment project in Magathane, Borivali East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check incoming materials for quantity and quality.
- Maintain material records and monitor site inventory.
- Read and interpret CAD drawings for site execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the head office.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of work.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in residential building construction or redevelopment projects.
- Good understanding of site execution, material management and quality control.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi.
