About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries related to domestic and international holiday packages
- Convert leads into successful bookings through effective communication and timely follow-ups
- Explain tour packages, pricing, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel policies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth booking processes
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up data
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and holiday packages
- Provide excellent customer support before and after bookings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Good knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages
- Experience in itinerary planning and holiday package sales
- Strong follow-up, closing, and conversion skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel/CRM tools
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Sales Executive, or in the tourism industry
- Hands-on experience in selling and handling Domestic & International Holiday Packages is mandatory
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert travel enquiries into bookings
- Positive attitude, professional approach, and customer-focused mindset
