We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an E-commerce Customer Support process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally over calls and chats.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls/chat/Email support
- This is blended process(50%Chat/50% call)
- Provide effective customer coordination and issue resolution in real time
- Assist customers with refunds, returns, replacements, and order-related concerns
- Deliver prompt and professional customer service
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick query resolution
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with voice and chat support process
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
