Content Writer / Researcher
We’re looking for a Content Writer who can take a topic, dig deep into it, find the right information, and turn it into content that people actually want to watch and understand.
The role involves working across finance, investments, government schemes, consumer awareness, scams, personal finance, and trending topics to create research-backed content for social media and YouTube.
What you’ll do
Research topics thoroughly using credible and primary sources.
- Write engaging YouTube scripts, Reels/Shorts scripts, and social media content.
- Simplify complicated financial and technical concepts for a mass audience.
- Find interesting angles, insights, examples, data, and stories that make a topic worth watching.
- Fact-check claims, statistics, calculations, eligibility criteria, rules, and regulations before they go into content.
- Understand what makes a strong hook, narrative, and high-retention script.
- Track relevant trends and identify potential content opportunities.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to take an idea from research → script → published content.
- Improve scripts based on feedback and content performance.
What we’re looking for
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to write in English and Hinglish naturally.
- Good understanding of social media and YouTube content.
- Ability to explain complicated topics in simple, conversational language.
- Strong attention to detail and fact-checking.
- Curiosity — you should enjoy finding out why something happens, not just summarising what happened.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, analysis, and improving productivity.
- Basic understanding of finance/personal finance is a plus, but willingness to learn matters more.
