Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to promote and sell Surety Bond solutions to businesses participating in government and private tenders. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding tender-related requirements, educating clients on Surety Bond products, and driving business growth through effective relationship management and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage corporate clients involved in government and private tenders, contracts, and infrastructure projects
- Promote and sell Surety Bond solutions as an alternative to traditional Bank Guarantees
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable bonding solutions based on project and tender needs
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and consultations to explain Surety Bond benefits and processes
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and corporate clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, underwriting, and policy issuance
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Stay updated on tender industry trends, contract requirements, and Surety Bond products

- Strong B2B sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Client relationship management and consultative selling approach
- Ability to understand tender processes and corporate client requirements
- Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
