About This Role
You'll work alongside our AI Agent Developer and development team to build, test, and improve autonomous AI agent systems. We're building AI-powered operations that can independently run business tasks — market research, content generation, data analysis, store management, and more. You'll be directly involved in making these agents work reliably.
What You'll Be Doing
1. You'll assist in developing, deploying, and testing AI agents for real business operations — not toy projects.
2. You'll experiment with prompt engineering, testing different approaches and documenting what works and what breaks.
3. You'll help integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) with external tools and APIs, building the connectors that let agents interact with the real world.
4. You'll monitor agent performance, log errors, diagnose failures, and help improve reliability over time.
5. You'll document processes, patterns, and learnings — building the knowledge base that the team will rely on as we scale.
What We're Looking For
1. You should have a genuine fascination with AI agents and autonomous systems — demonstrated through personal projects, coursework, or self-directed experimentation, not just casual interest.
2. Basic proficiency in Python or Node.js is required.
3. Familiarity with at least one AI agent framework (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) or meaningful experience with LLM APIs is a strong plus.
4. You should be someone who naturally tinkers, tests, and troubleshoots — the kind of person who builds things on weekends because they're curious.
5. Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits matter — a lot of this work is methodical testing and refinement, not just creative exploration.
