Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, billing, subcontractor management, and project cost monitoring for MEP and Interior projects. The role ensures effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Develop and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Prepare client billing, subcontractor billing, and payment certifications.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.
- Coordinate with project teams for material reconciliation and cost tracking.
- Evaluate variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Support procurement activities by preparing quantity requirements.
- Maintain project commercial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project budgets.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Cost Control.
- Experience in MEP, Interior Fit-out, or Construction Projects is preferred.
