Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day PPC activities for assigned products and production areas.
- Review production orders, material requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, production plans, and planning records in ERP.
- Release daily and weekly production plans to production departments.
- Follow up with Stores and Purchase departments for material availability.
- Coordinate with Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Track pending materials, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Raise material indents and job work requirements as per planning needs.
- Monitor job work material movement and follow up for timely return.
- Update production progress and planning status in ERP/software.
- Coordinate with QA department for inspection and testing requirements.
- Inform concerned departments regarding special customer requirements like painting, packing, testing, etc.
- Support senior PPC team members in achieving delivery targets.
- Attend routine production and planning review meetings.
- Maintain PPC documents, reports, and records as per IMS requirements.
- Escalate production delays, shortages, and planning issues to reporting manager.
- Ensure proper coordination between Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, and Dispatch departments.
Pay: ₹559,951.56 - ₹800,000.00 per year
