About the Role:
Bizfoc Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to manage corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ROC compliances, Companies Act matters, and client advisory. The role also involves leading a team, ensuring timely statutory filings, and maintaining high standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end ROC compliances for clients under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Prepare, review, and file various MCA e-Forms, including but not limited to AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, INC-20A, DPT-3, SH-7, MGT-14, and other applicable forms.
- Draft Board Resolutions, Board Meeting Minutes, Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents, Notices, and other secretarial records.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Provide advisory and compliance support to clients on company law and corporate governance matters.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal departments for compliance-related activities.
- Handle company incorporations, LLP registrations, strike-off matters, and other corporate restructuring assignments.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and ensure timely implementation of regulatory updates.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Compliance Team to ensure quality work and timely execution.
- Allocate work, review deliverables, and support team members in resolving complex compliance matters.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) (Associate Member of ICSI preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in ROC and secretarial compliances.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA portal, and secretarial practices.
- Experience in handling multiple client portfolios in a CA/CS firm or business consulting firm will be preferred.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MCA-related compliance tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
